PAL SYSTEM:

All our DVDs is recorded under PAL system. Only PAL DVD players can operate our DVDs. People in countries with the NTSC system such as USA, Mexico or Japan cannot play this disk unless they have a Personal Computer containing a DVD player. This DVD can be used www.joom.com in any Personal Computer DVD player without problem even in NTSC areas.
Ask via website your local hobbyshop or directly to Night Vision if in doubt regarding this issue.
